Open the Garmin Connect app on your phone.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Garmin Devices.
Select the wearable to be removed.

Selling or Transferring Ownership of Your Garmin Watch
There are situations that require you to remove your registered watch from your Garmin Connect™ account, such as returning the watch to the store, transferring ownership, or removing an old device no longer being used. Transferring Ownership
Once you have removed your device from your Garmin account, we recommend resetting your watch before transferring ownership. This will clear your personal information and settings, and allow the new owner to start using the wearable as if it is a new device. For steps on resetting your device, refer to your owner's manual.
