Garmin Aviation Support Chat Feature
Garmin Aviation Support is continuing to expand the support options that we provide to our customers. We are proud to announce that Chat has now been added as a new support feature. Chat is a convenient alternative to calling our support line, and allows you to contact our team of expert pilots waiting to assist you with your Garmin Aviation products and services.
Chat is best used for simple questions like removing an old device or aircraft from your FlyGarmin account, inquiring about your database subscription status, or other brief questions. More complicated questions and troubleshooting are better suited for phone calls or emails.
To use Chat simply sign-in to the flyGarmin.com® website where you will see the Chat feature appear in the bottom-right corner of the page as a "Have Questions?" pop-up window. Click on the "Have Questions?" box to initiate a chat with one of our representatives.
Please note that Chat is only available during our common business hours, 7am-5pm Central time, Monday - Friday. If you don't see a Chat pop-up window immediately that means all of our Chat representatives are busy assisting other customers, but it will appear again when they become available.
