Data Is Not Syncing Between the Garmin Explore App and the Garmin Explore Website
When creating a new account in the Garmin Explore™ app, you will receive a permissions prompt asking you to Enable Cloud Storage to allow Garmin® to receive and store your data. If "Not Now" is selected, synced data (waypoints, routes, tracks, etc.) will only appear on your Garmin device and in the Garmin Explore app. None of your data will appear on the Garmin Explore website, and no previously recorded data on the website will appear in the Garmin Explore app. If you wish to have your data available on both the Garmin Explore app and the Garmin Explore website, you must agree to the Data and Privacy statement.
Changing the Data and Privacy Permission
Open the Garmin Explore app.
Select the profile icon in the top left.
Select
Data and Privacy.
Select Cloud Storage.
Select Enable Cloud Storage.
After agreeing to the Data and Privacy statement, sync your Garmin device again to start sending your data to the Garmin Explore website. If you wish to change this setting at a later time you can do so by selecting Disable Cloud Storage from the same "Cloud Storage" section of the Garmin Explore app.
