App is Not Optimized for Your Mac Message
Starting with macOS Catalina (10.15), apps that have not been updated to use 64-bit processes will not be supported. This alert will appear if your computer is running an old version of an app that has not been updated to support 64-bit processes. Updating the Garmin app should stop the message from appearing, but in some cases, the application will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled to function properly.
MacOS High Sierra (10.13.X) and Mojave (10.14.X) will display this alert as well. After the alert is displayed, select OK and the box will disappear and the application should be able to be used as normal. The Garmin app will continue to function even if it has not been updated to support 64-bit processes, and the alert should only reappear if the app has been recently installed.
