Why Am I not Seeing Detailed Charts on My Card After Updating?
If, after performing a chart update through the Navionics® Chart Installer, you are no longer able to view any charting detail on your chart plotter, you will first want to check the plotter's internal software version. The internal software version must be current in order to display the updated chart files properly. You can find other documents on how to access Navionics chart on your plotter in our online Support Center.
You may also not be seeing charts as expected if your card was purchased prior to January 2022. Cards purchased prior to this date will require that you select an area on the map to download. You will need to ensure that you have used the blue pins of the selection box on the map to draw the area you want to download. If you do not locate the selection box and move it to the area of interest it will download the maps to its default location.
