Garmin Explore App Bluetooth Troubleshooting for the inReach Mini 2

If you are experiencing issues with an inReach® Mini 2 satellite communicator not pairing with your smartphone or tablet, this article goes over what to look for and troubleshooting for the Garmin Explore™ app, if needed.

If you are experiencing issues with the Garmin Messenger™ app, see - Troubleshooting Pairing Issues for the Garmin Messenger App.

If your issues are concerning connection with the Garmin Explore app after pairing or syncing, see Related .

IMPORTANT:  If you pair your Garmin device through your phone's native Bluetooth® settings first, it will not successfully pair to the Explore App. Pairing must occur from within the Explore App for Garmin Devices. If you are having trouble pairing, try starting over by first removing the device from your Explore App and then forgetting the Garmin device from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
