Bluetooth Permission Required Message in Garmin Connect App
The following red banner in the Garmin Connect™ app will display when the Bluetooth® privacy setting is turned off on your iPhone. The app requires Bluetooth Sharing to be turned on in order to pair and sync with a device. You can touch the red banner to be taken to the setting when you can enable it from there.
You can also check to make sure the permission is enabled by following these steps:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Scroll down to the alphabetical listing of apps installed on the iPhone and select the Connect app.
Next to Bluetooth, toggle the setting on as shown below.
