Replacing the Battery in a zūmo 660 or zūmo 665

Many Garmin automotive devices, including the zūmo 660 and zūmo 665, have a removable battery.

To Check for Availability of Replacement Batteries:

  1. Go to Garmin.com 
  2. Type in your device name (ex. zūmo 665) in the upper right corner 'Search Garmin.com'
  3. Click on the search result for your device
  4. On this product page for your device, click on the Accessories tab
  5. Click on Batteries

The battery products will be listed if available. 

If your device will not power on, you may be able to resolve this by performing a soft reset.  For instructions see zūmo 660 or zūmo 665 Device Frozen or Not Powering On
