How Is Balance Calculated With Garmin Power Meter Pedals?

Measuring balance requires a Rally™ or Vector™ dual-sensing power meter. Balance is the percent of your right and left pedal power. The total will always equal 100%.

For example, if 1000kj is generated for your ride with the Balance being 45% left and 55% right. This means your left leg generated 450kj while the right leg generated 550kj.
