Navionics Boating: Deleting and Renaming Routes, Tracks and Markers

1. Tap Menu
2. Tap Markers
3. Select the marker you want to rename
4. The marker will appear on the map
5. Tap the blue menu icon to the left of the marker
6. Tap the edit pencil to the right of the name
7. Rename the marker
8. Tap the Return/Enter button on your device's keyboard to save
9. Tap the X button (upper right) to go back to the map (Apple smartphone)  
   Tap the X button (upper left) to go back to the map (Apple iPad)
   Tap the X button ( upper left) to go back to the map (Android)

IMPORTANT: We do not suggest including the pound (#) symbol in any of your saved markers.  This may cause transfer of routes and markers to fail if you are using the plotter sync function.

1. Tap Menu
2. Tap Routes
3. Select the route you wish to rename
4. The selected route will display on your map screen
5. Tap Route
6. Tap Details for smartphones or expand the side menu for tablets.
7. Tap the Route name or the blue pencil to the right of it
8. Rename the item
9. Tap the Return/Enter button on your device's keyboard, to save
10. Tap the Arrow to return to your route display for smartphones or collapse the side menu for tablets

To exit the active route, tap Route > Stop

2. Select the category you want
3.  a: Swipe the item you want to delete to the left (Apple)
    b: Tap the selection dots (Android) press Select, select the item you want to delete
4. Tap the Delete (trash can) button

1. Go to Menu
2.  Select the category you want
3. Tap the selection dots (Android) or tap Select from the top right (Apple)
4. Tap the Select button in the upper right
5. Tap the items you want to delete
6. Tap the Delete (trash can) button
7. Confirm the deletion
