- Press and hold the ADJ MENU button until the Main Menu appears
- Highlight the Card tab on the left side of the screen
- Press the Right arrow button one time
- Press the Down arrow button four times to highlight the button called Save To Card
- Press the Enter button
- The information is now being backed up to the data card
- Remove the data card from the device
- Insert the data card into the data card programmer that is attached to the PC
- Open the HomePort software
- The USB Data Card Programmer should appear on the left hand side of the HomePort software
- If the USB Data Card Programmer does not appear in HomePort, the drivers for the programmer may need to be updated. For instructions on updating the drivers, please see Related Content.
- Right-click on the folder called All Data that appears below the programmer
- Choose Send To
- Choose My Collection
At this point, the data will be saved onto the computer and the data card can be disconnected.
