Using the Relax Timer on vivosmart and vivosport Watches

Some vivosmart watches along with the vivosport feature a relaxation-based breathing timer or Relax Timer that can be used in tandem with the all-day stress monitoring. This timer is designed to reduce stress levels by focusing on breathing for one to five minutes. To access this feature, choose your watch model below and follow the instructions.

  1. Swipe to the Stress widget
  2. Touch the display
  3. Swipe to the Relax Timer
  4. Touch Relax Timer
  5. Select the duration (one minute to five minutes)
  6. Follow on-screen instructions

  1. Swipe to the Stress widget
  2. Touch the display
  3. Select to start the Relax Timer
  4. Follow on-screen instructions

  1. Swipe and select Stress Level.
  2. Allow watch to measure stress level.
  3. Once stress level measurement is complete, tap the screen.
  4. Swipe the screen to the left once and select 'Let's Breathe' to begin breathing exercises.

The Relax Timer can be used multiple times throughout the day when you see a high stress value or whenever you just need a breather.
