Apple: Requesting a Refund

All in-app transactions take place through the App Store, which is handled by Apple.  All sales are final through them; however, under certain circumstances Apple may grant a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed.

To get help with a refund within 90 days of app purchase, follow these steps:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Enter the Apple ID and password that you used to buy the item.
  3. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
  4. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
  5. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.

IMPORTANT: You will want to check to be sure the subscription autorenewal attached to your purchase is turned off.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the Navionics Boating app subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
    If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
