Map Purchases and Other Downloadable Content are not Eligible for Updates

Map purchases and other Garmin downloadable content, referred to as DLC, cannot be updated and cannot be re-downloaded after 1 year from the date of purchase. If you have previously purchased maps, whether on a preloaded map card or in downloadable content form, and would like to download a newer version, you will need to purchase the newer version. 

Additional maps and digital content are available for portable navigation systems. Garmin in-dash navigation systems installed in name-brand vehicles are not compatible with preloaded map cards or downloadable content such as maps of another country or red light and speed camera subscriptions.

Maps and other downloadable content (e.g. previously purchased voices, vehicle icons, red light and speed cameras, etc.) are non-transferable.
