Using the Garmin Connect Reports Feature
The Reports feature in Garmin Connect™ web allows you to track your health and fitness progress and statistics over time. Metrics including your VO2 max, Fitness Age, Training Status, average heart rate, total activity distance, and more are available to view.
NOTE: Only some activity types will populate in the Reports section of Garmin Connect. If you would like to edit an existing activity to show in Reports, see Related content.
How Do I Access My Reports?
To view a Report in Garmin Connect, follow these steps:
From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.
Select Reports from the navigation bar on the left.
Select the report you would like to view.
Select the timeframe you would like to view (7 days, 4 weeks, 6 months, etc.).
How Can I View My Yearly Totals?
To view your activity totals (including year to date mileage, elevation gain, total activity time, and more) in Garmin Connect, follow these steps:
From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.
Select Reports from the navigation bar on the left.
Select Progress Summary.
- Use the filters to customize what data appears. To view just this year's totals, select This Year from the second drop-down menu.
