Checking the Software Version on Your Pro 550 Plus

The Pro 550 Plus should be checked regularly for software updates available through the Garmin Express™ program. Garmin Express is a program that will update your software and register your Garmin products. To check the software version on your Pro 550 Plus, you will need to plug your handheld into the computer and access the Garmin Express program. Garmin Express program will recognize that your device is connected to the computer, and will tell you if any software updates are needed.
