Sharing Routes/Trips from a zumo with Other zumo Users

You can share a route/trip you have created with another zumo user two ways: from a track log, or from a previously created route.

To create a trip to share from a track log on your zumo:

1. Touch Apps
2. Touch Tracks
3. Touch the Saved Track
4. Touch the  menu button
5. Touch Save as Trip
6. Touch the preferred Trip Direction
7. Name the trip
8. Touch Done

The track log will now appear in Trip Planner as a trip. To share the trip, proceed to the following steps.

To share a saved trip on your zumo using a memory card:

1. If saving the trip to a memory card, insert SD card into the zumo
2. Touch Apps
3. Touch Share Route
4. Touch Memory Card
   
5. Select the desired route(s)
6. Touch Done

After turning on the receiving device with the SD card inserted, the device should give a prompt to import the route.

To send a trip to another zumo via Bluetooth on your zumo:¹

1. Enable Bluetooth on both the sending and receiving zumo
2. Touch Apps
   
3. Touch Share Route
4. Touch Bluetooth
5. Select the receiving zumo unit
• If multiple Bluetooth connections are detected, see Related Content to identify the receiving device's friendly name
  
6. Touch OK
7. The receiving zumo will display a message to pair the device. Touch Yes
8. A confirmation message will appear. Touch Yes.

The trip will now be found in Trip Planner on the receiving zumo.

¹Routes can only be sent via Bluetooth to another zumo 395, 590, or 595.
