Fitness Activities and Wellness Data Showing on the Wrong Day
If the time or date stamp for your fitness activities or wellness data is incorrect after syncing with the Garmin Connect™ app or the Garmin Express™ program your upload time zone settings may need to be adjusted in Garmin Connect.
Instructions to Adjust the Upload Time Zone
NOTE: This setting will only apply for new non-GPS uploads and does not change the time of activities already stored at Garmin Connect.
From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.
Select Profile & Account in the top right corner.
Select Account Settings.
Select correct Upload Time Zone under Display Preferences.
Sync with the Garmin Connect app or Garmin Express again. The measurements will appear with the correct time or date stamp in Garmin Connect.
