How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
You may be able to manually import an activity from your device if it did not sync to your Garmin Connect™ account using the Garmin Connect app, the Garmin Express™ program or the Wi-Fi® sync with compatible Garmin® devices. Requirements to do this include:
A Windows® or Mac® Computer
File being uploaded as a .fit, .gpx, or .tcx file not exceeding 25 MB.

Mac
NOTE: Devices with on-board music or that use MTP Protocol do not show as a drive when connected to a Mac. It is recommended to use a Windows computer for these devices. To see if your device uses MTP, refer to Fitness and Outdoor Devices with Media Transfer Protocol.
Plug your device into the computer using your Garmin branded charging cable.
Locate and open the Garmin device drive.
If not found, ensure the device has entered mass storage mode. Steps can be found in the links below:
