Sending App Logs from Garmin Dive App to Product Support

In some situations, Garmin Product Support may ask for diagnostic data from the Garmin Dive™ app to investigate an issue. When logs are requested, Product Support will supply you with a code. Use the steps below to gather app logs with the code supplied.

Gathering Garmin Dive App Logs on Android or iOS

  1. Open the Garmin Dive app.

  2. Select More (lower right corner).

  3. Select Help.

  4. Select Diagnostic Report.

  5. Enter the code supplied by Product Support.

  6. Touch Send Report.
