Download the Navionics® Boating app for your Apple or Android device. Once installed, create an account (or log into an existing Navionics or Garmin account) and tap the Start Trial button to begin your 15-day free trial; in Swedish and Danish waters, it is limited to 3 days and 2 days, respectively. Your free trial will include charts and features of the app, except for the option for Plotter Sync and live location with friends.

After Your Trial Period or Chart Subscription has Expired

• SonarChart™ Live mapping feature: Create your own 1’ (0.5 m) HD bathymetry maps that display in real time while navigating. Connect the Boating app wirelessly to a compatible sonar/plotter. You can also automatically share your sonar logs, which helps us improve charts.  ​

• Your data: tracks, routes, markers, sync, share location, photos and videos, and boat settings.
• Connections feature: Connect with friends.

Charts, overlays, daily updates, and advanced features are not accessible after the free trial or subscription expires.
