With compatible devices your Alpha® 200 Plus or Alpha® 300 series dog tracking handheld can show the software version as well as unit ID on your dog collar.

If you are unable to view your collars About information verify the following:

• When you see "Make sure the handheld is near the collar" stay on this page until the handheld and collar communicate, this can take up to 30 seconds

If the issue still persists confirm

• Handheld and dog collar are turned on.
