Troubleshooting the Connection to the Wi-Fi with My Bounce
If you are having trouble setting up the Wi-Fi on your Bounce, below are some suggestions you can try to resolve this issue.
Ensure the Bounce software is up to date by syncing with Garmin Express™ software.
Attempt to connect to a different available Wi-Fi network such as a personal Wi-Fi hotspot.
Remove the Wi-Fi network, and add it again from the beginning.
Confirm the Device Is Connected Properly to Wi-Fi
NOTE: Disable Bluetooth® on your phone while testing to ensure the device attempts to sync through Wi-Fi during the test.
Record and save a 20-second test activity on your Bounce.
Wait approximately 30 seconds for the device to sync the activity.
If successful your phone will notify you of the uploaded activity.
If the message does not appear you may have them disabled on your phone. You will want to check manually in the Garmin Jr. app for the activity.
NOTE: If the activity does not show up you will want to make sure the servers are currently active by checking the Connect Status Page and ensure Garmin Jr. says Online.
