Sending App Logs from Garmin Golf App to Product Support

In some situations, Garmin Product Support may ask for diagnostic data from the Garmin Golf™ app to investigate an issue. The following steps will walk you through submitting app logs.

Gather Golf App Logs

  1. Open the Garmin Golf app.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Help and Support.

  4. Select Diagnostics Report.

  5. Enter the code provided by Product Support.

  6. Select Send Report.

  7. Select Done when the report confirmation screen appears.

  8. Select the back icon to return to the app menu.

The logs will now be sent to Garmin.
