Locating the Wi-Fi MAC Address on a Fitness Device

If you have MAC filtering enabled on your network, you can find the device's Wi-Fi MAC address under the About screen. This is typically located under Menu > Settings > System on watches. For Edge® cycling computers, this is typically located under Menu > System > About > Copyright info. For specific instructions see your owner's manual.

Index Smart Scale Users

The Index™ Smart Scale does not advertise a MAC address. In order to obtain the MAC address, you will need to utilize your router's configuration tool in order to capture the scale's MAC address during the setup process while the scale is attempting to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
