Transferring scorecards to computer

Saved scorecards from a round of golf are viewable in the computer outside of Garmin Connect using the Scorecard Viewer. Occasionally you may desire to store this information on the computer or send it to a friend.

To copy the scorecards from your device:

1. Connect Approach to computer
2. Right-click on Desktop
3. Select New Folder
4. Name folder myscorecards
5. Open Garmin Drive from (My) Computer [PC] or Desktop [Mac]
6. Right-click on ScorecardViewer.html in Garmin Drive
7. Select Copy
8. Open myscorecards folder
9. Right-click in blank area of myscorecards
10. Select Paste
11. Right-click in blank area of myscorecards
12. Select New Folder
13. Name folder Garmin
14. Open Garmin folder in myscorecards
15. Open Garmin folder in Garmin Drive
16. If you have an Approach G3 or G5:
    1. Right-click on SCV in Garmin Drive
    2. Select Copy
    3. Right-click in blank area of Garmin folder in myscorecards
    4. Select Paste
    5. Right-click on Scorecards in Garmin Drive
    6. Repeat Steps 16.3 - 16.4
17. If you have an Approach S3:
    1. Right-click on GolfViewer
    2. Select Copy
    3. Right-click in blank area of Garmin folder in myscorecards
    4. Select Paste
    5. Right-click on Data
    6. Repeat Steps 17.3 - 17.4
       
18. Right-click on Garmin Drive located in (My) Computer [PC] or on Desktop [Mac]
19. Choose Eject

Scorecards will now be located on your Desktop. Double-click on ScorecardViewer.html to view your scorecards on your computer. Everything located in myscorecards is necessary to properly display your scorecard data.
