I Am Unable to Set Up the ECG App After Updating My Device Software

If you recently updated the software on your Garmin ECG app compatible smartwatch, but do not see the option to set up this feature in the Garmin Connect™ app, we suggest the following troubleshooting:

If you do not see a Set Up ECG prompt after 24 hours, you can do the following:

  1. Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).

  2. Select Garmin Devices.

  3. Select your device.

  4. Select Finish Set Up.

  5. Select Set Up ECG app.

  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete set up.
