Garmin Hardware Diagnostic Tool Compatibility and Requirements

The Garmin Hardware Diagnostic Tool can be used to run diagnostics and determine part failures with certain Garmin products.  You will need your Garmin account credentials to use this tool and you will be asked to sign into your account once the program is installed.

Once you have downloaded the program, open the contents to begin the installation process.  Note the following requirements to install the tool in the next section.

Minimum PC System Requirements

• Windows 10 or newer

• 1 GB free disk space

• USB-A interface
