How to Temporarily Disable Antivirus on Your Computer
Sometimes, Antivirus and Firewall programs may give some alerts and block the Chart Installer from downloading files. The most common is the "Fatal! Native Host Crashed" error, or, the "Connection Lost" message.
To correct this, you will need to temporarily disable your Antivirus or Firewall program if it is actively running on your computer. Steps to the most common protection programs are linked below. Select the program running on your computer for step-by-step instructions.
Disabling McAfee Antivirus and Firewall Protection

Disabling AVG Antivirus and Firewall Protection
Disabling Avast Antivirus and Firewall Protection
Disabling Bitdefender Antivirus and Firewall Protection
Disabling Kaspersky Antivirus and Firewall Protection
Disabling Avira Antivirus and Firewall Protection
Once completed, close the Chart Installer software and then reopen it to refresh the screen and proceed to start the download again.
