Professional Garmin Explore™ account sign in errors can be caused by a few different things.
The Following Steps can Address Common Causes
Check for wrong sign in information.
Confirm Capitalization: Caps Lock button may be enabled/disabled.
Re-enter sign on information: Username or password may have been typed incorrectly.
Utilize username: Screen names or handle names should not be utilized for sign on.
Clear the Browser History, Cache, and Temporary Internet Files.
Ensure your browser is not blocking cookies - Login Credentials Not Accepted on Garmin Websites.
Try a different browser (e.g. if using Microsoft Edge or Safari, try Chrome).
Try logging in with an Incognito or Private Browser.
Reset the password with the following steps:
Go to explore.garmin.com.
Select Sign In.
Input email address.
Select Next.
Select Forgot? next to Password.
