Professional Garmin Explore™ account sign in errors can be caused by a few different things.

The Following Steps can Address Common Causes

  1. Check for wrong sign in information.

    • Confirm Capitalization:  Caps Lock button may be enabled/disabled.

    • Re-enter sign on information:  Username or password may have been typed incorrectly.

    • Utilize username: Screen names or handle names should not be utilized for sign on.

  2. Clear the Browser History, Cache, and Temporary Internet Files.

  3. Ensure your browser is not blocking cookies - Login Credentials Not Accepted on Garmin Websites.

  4. Try a different browser (e.g. if using Microsoft Edge or Safari, try Chrome).

  5. Try logging in with an Incognito or Private Browser.

  6. Reset the password with the following steps:

    1. Go to explore.garmin.com.

    2. Select Sign In.

    3. Input email address.

    4. Select Next.

    5. Select Forgot? next to Password.
