Incorrect Time or Date on a vívofit Series Watch
The vívofit® activity tracker series devices update the time and date when you sync with the Garmin Connect™ app on your smartphone, or with a computer using Garmin Express™ program. It is important that the time and date are correct on your smartphone or computer before syncing your device. For instructions on how to sync your watch refer to your owner's manual.
NOTE: Syncing with a computer requires the use of a Garmin ANT stick which is sold separately.
If the time on your device continues to be incorrect we recommend replacing the batteries in your watch. Select the following and then choose your model to view instructions on battery replacement.
