Vehicle Power Cable Damaged or Not Charging a Garmin Automotive Device
If your automotive device's vehicle power cable fails to provide a charge or the LED light is not lit, the issue may be in the power cord or your vehicle's cigarette lighter outlet. If possible, try using your 12-volt power cord and/or adapter in a different cigarette lighter outlet, or a different vehicle.
If you continue to have charging issues, the fuse inside the vehicle power cable may have stopped working. A replacement vehicle power cable can be purchased on the Garmin website linked here:
