Unable to Transfer Downloaded BirdsEye Images after the Subscription Has Expired
Downloaded BirdsEye imagery cannot be transferred to your device after the subscription expires.
When attempting to transfer images through BaseCamp™ software, the BirdsEye servers are contacted to verify an active subscription. If the subscription has expired the BaseCamp program will display a message that the device does not have an active subscription.
Additional Notes:
- Any images that were sent to the device before the subscription expired will still be able to be viewed on the device after the subscription expires.
- If you have downloaded imagery to your computer, you can continue to view it using BaseCamp software, but you can transfer it only to devices with an active subscription for that type of imagery.
- Imagery downloaded using credits does not expire, and you can transfer it to the device associated with the credits for the life of the device.
