Cancel or Update My Order

To cancel your order, follow the link in your Order Confirmation email or select the the cancel option after looking up your order at https://www.garmin.com/account/orderhistory/search.

Please note, updates cannot be made to existing orders and most orders can only be cancelled up until the point they are boxed. If there are inaccuracies with your order, it will need to be canceled and replaced.

If your order has already shipped, you may Return for Refund after receiving your delivery.

Please note, Garmin restricts carriers from rerouting/holding packages. The shipping address provided is where the order will be delivered.
