How to Find the Serial Number on an Alpha T 5 and TT 15

To locate the serial number on your T 5 or TT™ 15 dog tracking collar you will need to start by removing the collar strap. Once removed you will notice between the belt loops the ID tag with the serial number listed. The video below will demonstrate how to remove the collar strap.

Using WebUpdater Program to Find the Device ID

Using Garmin's WebUpdater program will allow you to retrieve the device ID electronically. To get started you need a Windows based computer and WebUpdater. 

1. Connect the T 5 or TT 15 collar to the computer using the supplied USB cable and collar clip.
2.  Launch WebUpdater program.
3. At the welcome screen select Next.
4. On the next screen the device should be listed in the drop down with the unit ID. See image below.
