Resetting Surface Pressure for the Descent Mk2 Series

There are certain situations that may require you to reset the surface pressure of your Descent Mk2 series watch, such as your watch being stuck in a dive mode. When this happens, the back button will be disabled and you may not be able to exit the dive. Resetting surface pressure can resolve this and similar situations. 

Resetting Surface Pressure

1. Hold the Power/Light button for 20 seconds to turn off the Descent Mk2
2. Press the Power/Light button to power on the Descent MK2
3. Wait for the Descent logo to appear on the screen, then hold the Up button
4. Release Up once a message "Reset surface pressure?" appears
5. Choose Yes to set the current pressure as the surface pressure

The depth will now go to 0 and the dive will end after the normal end-of-dive timeout.
