Disabling the Alert Tones on the Garmin Dash Cam Mini 2

With the release of software version 2.70, the alert tones for the Dash Cam Mini 2 can be disabled using the Garmin Drive app.  See Updating a Garmin Dash Cam with the Garmin Drive App to update the software.

To Disable the Alert Tone:

1. Connect the Garmin Dash Cam Mini 2 with the Garmin Drive App

2. Launch the Garmin Drive App

3. Touch the Gear Wheel icon in the Garmin Drive App

4. Select the Garmin Dash Cam Mini 2 under devices

5. Uncheck Alert Volume
