When sending or creating files for a GPSMAP® 67 or 67i outdoor handheld, keep in mind the following limitations:

  • 2,000 GPX files

  • 10,000 waypoints

  • No limit on geocaches (outside of max number of GPX  files supported and memory available)

  • 250 routes, 250 points per route, 50 points for auto routing

  • 250 courses, 200 course points per course

  • 250 saved tracks

  • 300 saved fit activities

  • 2,000 archive tracks1

  • 20,000 points per track

  • 500 custom map tiles

  • 250 JNX files (satellite imagery)

    • Limit is combined total of BirdsEye imagery files downloaded using BaseCamp™ software and Satellite Imagery files downloaded using Map Manager on the handheld. Up to 100 of those Satellite Imagery files can be downloaded using Map Manager on the handheld.

  • 15,000 Mapping segments2

Each GPX file can contain a mixture of waypoints, geocaches, routes and tracks. If the GPX file containing a waypoint or geocache is deleted, the waypoint will no longer be available on device.

When utilizing routes, only 50 points can be used for on road navigation.

1 Archive tracks do not count against the GPX file limit; 1 archive track per GPX file.
