Interference Notification Icon on the Alpha 200 and Alpha 200i

When the Alpha® 200 or Alpha® 200i is within range of another radio transmitter that could interfere with tracking, an icon will appear in the Status Bar of the Main Menu. The icon looks like an antenna emitting a wireless signal.

Interference can come from another Alpha dog tracking handhelds close by, or another type of radio transmitting device such as marine band radios. If this occurs, it is recommend to increase the distance between you and other radio transmitters to reduce interference.
