Navionics Boating: Saved Items Not Syncing Between Devices
If you find your Saved Items are not syncing between your Navionics® Boating app on multiple devices connected through the same account, first check to see if the Sync my data option is enabled in the Menu. This will be directly under Subscriptions. If not enabled, you will have a toggle to turn the option on. A blue Sync button will show if the option is not already enabled.
NOTE: Tracks, routes and markers are stored on our server only if you have consented to Navionics storing your data.
Enable the Sync my data toggle or go through the steps below to consent for Navionics to sync and store your data.
Tap Menu
Tap your Name/Me
Tap Privacy Settings to verify you have enabled Store and sync my data so it can be retrieved and synced across your devices
Give the app a moment to populate any stored items.
What if my Routes, Markers and Tracks Are Still not Syncing?
IMPORTANT: The steps below require you to log out and log back into your Garmin Navionics account. If you have an expired subscription, any downloaded charts within the app will be lost. Renewal of your subscription will be required to download charts.
Tap Menu
Tap your Name/Me
Tap Log out
Verify you wish to log out
Kill the app from running in the background (See instructions for Apple or Android)
Reopen the app
Log in when prompted (make sure you are logging into your original Navionics account)
Give the app a moment to populate any stored items.
