Not Enough Memory Error for My Edge in Garmin Express
Seeing a "Not Enough Memory" error in the Garmin Express™ program when installing initial map updates on certain Edge® cycling computers, is likely due to the inclusion of the Navigation Free ClimbPro maps which require additional space.
To resolve this error, use Managing Maps in Garmin Express to deselect one of the regional maps or keep an entire region and a subset of another region enabled, provided there is sufficient storage on the device. This can be done on the following Edge cycling computers:
Edge® 540 | Edge® 540 Solar
Edge® 840 | Edge® 840 Solar
Edge® 1040 | Edge® 1040 Solar
Edge® 1050
