Make sure the collar is shown in the DogTrack glance on your watch
Sometimes glance is not visible by default and needs to be added
Make sure the handheld dog tracking device is added as DogTrack sensor

Activate tracks sharing to Easyhunt
In the DogTrack glance menu: Settings > Easyhunt
Make sure the watch has an internet connection
Pairing the watch to your smartphone using the Garmin Connect™ mobile app or the Garmin Explore™ app
Apps need to be started to share the connection

Register the Unit ID of your handheld device in the Easyhunt app
In the map view menu in the Easyhunt app: Dog trackers, or
On the Easyhunt web: Profile > Dog trackers
The Unit ID for Garmin handhelds can be found on your handheld device in the menu: Setup > About
Any active collar in the registered handheld will be added automatically the first time it is online and will be ready to use directly in the app.
Troubleshooting
No Connection with Smartphone
Make sure your watch is paired and connect to your smartphone. See user guide .
Make sure the app used to pair your watch is also started, either Garmin Connect or Garmin Explore.
Communications Issue
- Make sure your phone has an active internet connection
