NEO 3M Smart Trainer Pairing and LED Lights

The Tacx® NEO 3M Smart Trainer features a button to control pairing and resetting the trainer. The button and LED light are located on the non-drive side. 

IMPORTANT: When pairing via BLE for the first time to a device, the trainer must be plugged in to the power cable.

Button for Pairing

  • Button Press: Enter BLE pairing mode 

  • Long Press (5 Seconds): Disconnect the trainer from all connections

  • Long Press (10 Seconds): Factory Reset

LED Indication 

  • White: The trainer is on, but not controlled by any device

  • Flashing Blue: The trainer is in pairing mode

  • Blue: The trainer is being controlled via Bluetooth

  • Green: The trainer is being controlled via ANT+

  • Yellow: The trainer is controlled by the Tacx Smart Network Adapter (sold separately)

  • Flashing Cyan: The trainer software is updating

  • Flashing Red: Indicates an error
