Chrysler UConnect Navigation System Displays "Can't Unlock Maps" or "No Map Data"
If your Chrysler UConnect navigation system displays the messages "Can't Unlock Maps" or "No Map Data" after a software or map update, Contact Product Support. If no update has been performed and the message occurred, contact your dealer.
Purchasing and Installing a map update is not recommended as this will not correct the error message.
This issue is the result of a memory corruption of the radio navigation system.
