Indication that a Garmin Dash Cam is Recording Video

The Garmin Dash Cam will immediately begin recording video when it is turned on. It will continue to record, overwriting the oldest non-protected videos, until the device is turned off.  Video recording cannot be stopped or paused. The device will record continuously until it is turned off, or the memory card is removed.

While recording, the Status LED on the Garmin Dash Cam will remain a solid red.
