Purchased Automotive Maps Are Missing in Garmin Express

NOTES:
  • In accordance with the Lifetime Maps and Maps Terms and Conditions, map updates and/or Downloadable Content (DLC) are no longer available to download or purchase and cannot be activated and/or associated with the Garmin devices listed in Map Updates and Downloadable Content No Longer Available to Download or Purchase.
  • This is due to these devices not having sufficient memory capacity and other required technical capabilities to utilize current map data.
 

Maps will be available for download through Garmin Express™ software once purchased. 

  • Additional maps purchased as downloadable content that are within the one year download period will be displayed on the Purchased tab within Garmin Express.
  • Click See Pricing if a map update was purchased.

There are a Few Reasons why the Map Purchase may not be Displayed in Garmin Express:

  • The one year download period has elapsed and the map will no longer display in Express.
  • The download will only appear if logged into the account where the purchase was made.
  • The map purchased is not compatible with the device.
    • Verify map compatibility for portable devices on the Garmin.com product page.

"We're having trouble retrieving all your purchased content. Try refreshing the list." Error Message is Displayed

If you're seeing this error message when trying to download purchased content, sign out of your Garmin account then sign back in using the steps below.

  • In the Purchased tab, click Sign Out
     
  • Click Sign In, and sign in using your Garmin account where the purchase was made.
  • After signing back in, you can click the Refresh icon to manually check for the purchased content
