The Garmin Login Page Reappears After Selecting Sign In

If the login page reappears without any kind of error message after entering your username and password on a Garmin website, your internet browser settings may be configured to block cookies. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below for your browser to enable cookies.

Google Chrome

  1. SelectScreenshot of the Customize and Control Google Chrome 3 dots icon(top right).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Privacy & Security.
  4. Select Cookies and Other Site Data.
  5. Under Sites that Can Always Use Cookies, select Add. 
  6. Enter in the URL for Garmin Connect.
  7. Checkmark: Including third-party cookies on this site.
  8. Select Add.
  9. Close the Settings tab.

Firefox

  1. Press Alt + T.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Select Privacy & Security.
  4. Next to the Firefox will, Select Remember history from the drop down menu.
  5. Restart Firefox.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Select Settings and more (...) (top right) OR press Alt + F.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Cookies and site permissions (left).
  4. Select Manage and delete cookies and site data (right).
  5. Under Allow, select Add. 
  6. Enter in the URL for Garmin Connect:  https://connect.garmin.com
  7. Checkmark: Include third-party cookies on this site.
  8. Select Add.
  9. Close the Settings tab.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Select Safari on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Select Privacy.
  4. Uncheck Block all cookies.
  5. Close the Preferences window.

After enabling cookies on your internet browser, the Garmin website should allow you to log in to your account.
