The Garmin Login Page Reappears After Selecting Sign In
If the login page reappears without any kind of error message after entering your username and password on a Garmin website, your internet browser settings may be configured to block cookies. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below for your browser to enable cookies.
Google Chrome
- Select
(top right).
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Select Cookies and Other Site Data.
- Under Sites that Can Always Use Cookies, select Add.
- Enter in the URL for Garmin Connect.
- Checkmark: Including third-party cookies on this site.
- Select Add.
- Close the Settings tab.
Firefox
- Press Alt + T.
- Select Options.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Next to the Firefox will, Select Remember history from the drop down menu.
- Restart Firefox.
Microsoft Edge
- Select Settings and more (...) (top right) OR press Alt + F.
- Select Settings.
- Select Cookies and site permissions (left).
- Select Manage and delete cookies and site data (right).
- Under Allow, select Add.
- Enter in the URL for Garmin Connect: https://connect.garmin.com
- Checkmark: Include third-party cookies on this site.
- Select Add.
- Close the Settings tab.
Safari (Mac)
- Select Safari on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Privacy.
- Uncheck Block all cookies.
- Close the Preferences window.
After enabling cookies on your internet browser, the Garmin website should allow you to log in to your account.
