Map Layers on a Vieo Series Infotainment System Explained

The Vieo series infotainment systems have many Map Layers that can be enabled and disabled to control how much data is visible on the map. To view the map layers:

1. From the home screen, select the  Apps icon
   
   
   
2. Select Tools
   
   
   
3. Scroll down and select Settings
   
   
   
4. Select Navigation
   
   
   
5. Select Map and Vehicle
   
   
   
6. Select Map Layers
   

Here will be a list of features that can be added to or removed from the map. Each checked option will add a visual element to the map along the route being traveled to assist in navigation.

• Up Ahead Places marks restaurants, gas stations, rest stops, and other points of interest
• Traffic displays traffic information along the selected route (see the device's Owner's Manual for information on enabling Traffic)
• Trip Log draws lines along routes previously traveled
• 3D Buildings displays 3D models of certain buildings on the map
• 3D Terrain displays 3D models of the terrain
• Parking marks dedicated parking structures and lots
• HISTORY® marks historically significant points of interest
• National Parks marks national parks
• Campgrounds marks RV parks and campsites
