Sensors Dropping Connection On My Edge Device

Garmin is aware of an issue where the following Edge models are losing sensor connection during an activity:

  • Edge 520
  • Edge 520 Plus
  • Edge 820
  • Edge Explore 820

Garmin has released software updates on April 24th to address this issue.  Software updates can be installed using Garmin Express on a personal computer.  You will need your Garmin Connect log-in credentials as well as your Garmin data/charging cable to complete the process.  For additional resources on setting up your Garmin device with Garmin Express see the Related content below.
