I See Tiny Dots on the Display of My Touchscreen Garmin Watch

Garmin® watches that include a touchscreen user interface have a layer built into the display for the touchscreen to work. You may notice this layer and the accompanying dots arranged in a grid format when viewing the watch at various angles or under certain lighting conditions. These dots are considered normal. See the image below for an example.
